With this search engine, you may find listings that come from non-Big Bear MLS'.  Generally, the Big Bear MLS listings will be a 7 digit number starting with a "2", where other MLS' listings can start with a letter and may have more digits.  I have immediate door key access to listings from the Big Bear MLS.  However, please give me an extra day or two in order to contact the other agent to get access to the non-Big Bear MLS properties.
